About This Program
This program teaches you to think like a data scientist — framing business questions as data problems, selecting the right analytical approach, and communicating insights that drive decisions. You'll work with real business datasets: sales transactions, inventory movements, customer data, financial reports. You'll learn to clean messy data, perform statistical analysis, build compelling visualizations, and create dashboards that tell a story.

Python fundamentals for data work. Pandas mastery: DataFrames, reading/writing CSV/Excel/SQL, filtering, grouping, merging, pivoting. Data cleaning: missing values, outliers, duplicates. Exploratory Data Analysis with profiling. Automating Excel reports with Python.
Module 3: Statistical Analysis & Hypothesis Testing
Descriptive statistics. Probability distributions. Hypothesis testing: t-tests, chi-square, ANOVA. Correlation vs causation. A/B testing design. Statistical process control for manufacturing quality data.
Module 4: Data Visualization & Storytelling
Visualization principles. Matplotlib and Seaborn. Power BI: data import, DAX modeling, interactive dashboards. Building a complete business dashboard: sales, inventory, financial KPIs. Communicating insights: from analysis to presentation to decision.
Module 5: Capstone — End-to-End Business Analysis Project
Receive a real business dataset. Clean it, analyze it, identify 5 actionable insights, build a Power BI dashboard, and present your findings. Portfolio-worthy capstone designed to show to employers or clients.
