About This Program
This program takes you from ERPNext basics to confident functional consultant — capable of leading a complete ERPNext implementation for a mid-sized business. You'll learn the Frappe framework's configuration layer, master every ERPNext module, understand India-specific compliance deeply, and practice on real-world implementation scenarios. The focus is practical: you'll configure a complete ERPNext instance for a simulated manufacturing company during the course.

Module 2: Accounting & Financial Management
Chart of Accounts configuration. Journal entries, payment entries, bank reconciliation. Payables and Receivables. Fixed Assets. Intercompany accounting. Multi-currency. Budgeting and cost centers. Financial reporting: Trial Balance, P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow.
Module 3: India Compliance — GST, e-Invoice & e-Way Bill
Complete India Compliance app setup: GSTIN, HSN/SAC codes, tax templates. Intra-state vs inter-state GST. Reverse charge, TDS, TCS. e-Invoice generation and IRN integration. e-Way Bill auto-generation. GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B reconciliation.
Module 4: Inventory, Manufacturing & Supply Chain
Item master: items, variants, units, serial/batch tracking. Stock transactions. Pricing: price lists, discounts. Purchasing: material requests, RFQs, purchase orders. Manufacturing: BOMs, work orders, job cards. Quality inspections. Landed cost and valuation.
Module 5: CRM, Sales, HR & Go-Live
CRM: leads, opportunities, communication tracking. Sales pipeline. HR module: employee master, attendance, leave, payroll. Analytics dashboards. Go-live planning and data migration best practices.
